JULY CHALLENGE

Longest Crucifix Hold
Stand with your arms outstretched at a 90 degree angle for as long as you can with a dumbbell in each hand
Men use 5kg dumbbells and women use 3kg dumbbells
You can have as many attempts as you want throughout the month
Ask Steve or Tracy to watch if you want to have a go
The best male and female win a prize at the end of the month

June Challenge Result:

The challenge was to do the fastest 500m on a Rowing Machine
Male: 1st = Ollie K (1:33.3), 2nd = Richard C (1:35.6), 3rd = Jordi S (1:36.8)
Female: 1st = Emily C (1:57.9), 2nd = Julia R (2:02.0), 3rd = Zoe S (2:05.3)
Congratulations to Ollie and Emily who each won a protein bundle

May Challenge Result:

The challenge was to do as many Bench Press reps as you can using half of your bodyweight
Male: 1st = Wayne P (66 reps with 35kg), 2nd = Mikey S (61 reps with 42.5kg), 3rd = Dave B (58 reps with 55kg)
Female: 1st = Stacey H (28 reps with 32.5kg), 2nd = Gemma B (26 reps with 30kg), 3rd = Sophie D (22 reps with 32.5kg)

	FACILITIES We have a cardio area downstairs and two weights rooms and a boxing room upstairs and a studio room next door for classes. Our equipment includes Cross-Trainers, Exercise Bikes, Barbells and Dumbbells up to 50kg, Bench Press, Squat Rack, Cable Crossover, Smith Machine, Pull-Up Bar and much more!
	PERSONAL TRAINING Quality personal training from experienced industry professionals. Get in shape today.
	AIR CONDITIONING We have full air conditioning so it's cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
