I have built up my experience over many years, covering a wide range of sports. My aim has always been to open my own gym. I teach various classes in Spin (static bike), Circuits, Boxercise (exercise through Boxing moves) and Legs, Bums & Tums to name a few. I have been a trainer since 1993. My speciality is body transformations and body shaping through weight loss.

I became a stay at home Mum and fell into a comfy routine. I wasn’t fit and I put on weight like Mums do. I decided to alter my lifestyle. Steve was recommended to me by a friend at the gym. I signed up for a strict 12-week programme and lost over 3 stone in weight. I became more confident, gained muscle definition and had a lot more energy. I was inspired to train and I decided to qualify to teach others. At present, I am a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional training in Circuits, Spin and Vibe Cycle (Indoor Cycling).
